ERIN’S CREATION (f, 4, Creative Cause—Highest Ground, by Lemon Drop Kid) was rated back and moved to the inside. The chestnut filly saved ground to past the quarter pole and advanced into contention. The Creative Cause filly angled out leaving the turn for racing room and closed under strong handling by jockey David Cohen to get up determinedly late to prove best.
Erin’s Creation’s dam, Highest Ground, is also represented by Cactus Kris (f, Cactus Ridge), a multiple Grade 3 Stakes Winner of $556,795. The mare also has a 3YO winning gelding named Exponential (Noble Mission (GB)) and an unraced colt named Gallant Dude (Noble Mission (GB)).
