Pinched back at the start, she trained in seventh as Spanx Legacy (Animal Kingdom) led through fractions of :23.77 and :48.89. Slipping up along the inside to place herself in contention approaching the quarter pole, she went out a path while still in behind foes turning for home, tried to scoot up along the inside but was forced to go out midstretch and dug in late to overtake Spanx Legacy in the final few jumps, winning by two lengths. The winner’s graded-placed dam, Frivolity, is also responsible for a yearling filly by Distorted Humor and a weanling colt by Super Saver. Sales history: $100,000 Ylg ’18 FTKJUL.
